The large area around the farm-house, totally enclosed, also provides a safe play-area for children, in addition to a large, convenient parking area for cars. A small but well-furnished kitchen garden provides organic vegetables in season. A barbecue (actually an open fireplace) with attached sink and cooking area (lit by electric light also at night) is another possibility for cooking.
The interior
The farm-house is composed of two floors. On the ground floor there is an ample kitchen equipped with an imposing fireplace. There are two stone-chip sinks, a dishwasher, microwave oven, gas stove and electric oven, and also a large firewood stove. Also on the ground floor there are two rooms: one for lunch which is large and bright with a wood stove and a corner for reading or listening to music. The other room is very large with a well-lit corner with a sofa bed for rest and reading and a large multi-use table.
Going up the beautiful travertine stone staircase, you reach the upper floor divided into two completely independent and separate living areas, each with its own door. On the right, the south side offers an ample study-room furnished with two beds connected to a vestibule leading to a stone bathroom with every comfort (tub, shower, bidet, sink and toilet), an ample bedroom with a large cypress wardrobe and another small bathroom (sink, bidet, toilet).
On the left, the north side offers a large, bright, panoramic room with a view of the characteristic Tuscan olive orchards and woods, with three beds and a stone bathroom also endowed with every comfort. Three steps lead to the bright bedroom with a small bathroom (shower, bidet, sink, toilet)
